The Asperger Shop is the name of our 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, doing business as The Center for Neuroperformance & Counseling (CNC). 

 

The CNC provides affordable services to the community and serves those experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or life changes with a special focus on neurodivergent individuals experiencing mental health issues. Neurodivergence includes those with autism and ADHD. The CNC strives to help individuals reduce barriers that keep them from fulfilling their educational, social, and vocational goals. In addition to counseling, biofeedback, and neurofeedback, we offer free community programs, a sliding scale, and pro bono services. We also provide Work Readiness training for those with mental health issues. 

 

For over 10 years, the CNC has provided services to thousands in the community with compassionate care. 

 

Special programs provided free of charge are our ASD & Asperger's Monthly Meetup groups for ages 18-28. We have a lending library of books on topics related mostly to ASD.

Past programs have included partnering with Denton County Friends of the Family to present Healthy Relationships to teens.
