My goal as a therapist is to meet each client where they are and create a plan that truly fits their needs. Whether through individual counseling, group therapy, biofeedback, or neurofeedback, I work collaboratively with clients to identify goals and develop strategies that support meaningful change. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, and integrative mind–body techniques such as Biofeedback and Neurofeedback. I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, depression, ADHD, and adjustment to college life or life after high school. I also work with couples facing challenges related to a partner’s ASD traits. (Available in Flower Mound and via Telehealth)

My goal is to meet the client where they are in their journey and assist with implementing strategies for growth. I rely heavily on CBT, client and solution focused therapies. Strategies used vary based on individual client needs, but may include problem-solving, homework, understanding the relationships between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, as well as focusing on the present. I enjoy serving individuals, ages 16+, experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD and those with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am empathetic, caring, and rely on humor to assist with building rapport and trust. I have Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of North Texas.

I am a counselor, educator, and researcher who is passionate about helping you grow
and heal. As a bilingual Mandarin and English speaker, I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds. I work with children, teens, and adults facing challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My work is grounded in Relational Cultural Theory, and I draw on other approaches, such as play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and expressive arts techniques, to meet your unique needs. I am also training in neurofeedback to support resilience and self-regulation. It is an honor to
hear your story and walk alongside you in your journey. I believe in your capacity to
grow, and I look forward to working with you and your loved ones.

As a Taiwanese American counselor, I am bilingual and bicultural, and I enjoy working with diverse clients ranging from preteens to adults. My approach is humanistic and guided by a relational–cultural lens, grounded in the belief that everyone holds innate strengths and the capacity for growth. Sometimes, people are shaped—or held back—by life experiences and environments that influence how they understand themselves and relate to others. My goal is to create a growth-fostering relationship where you feel empowered to explore, express, and practice what truly matters to you.
In addition to a relational foundation, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support meaningful and lasting change. Whether you are focused on healing, self-understanding, or personal growth, I will tailor our work together so you can move toward your most authentic goals. (Available via Telehealth Only)
